I am the #1 fan of excruciating detail. My drawings of late have transformed into fleeting moments. I miss the maddening joy of slaving away at my desk for hours-- the bloodshot eyes, the sense of satisfaction, the pencil or chalk patina running the length of my forearm. Where is the agony?!
